During January and February 2023, the TEQSA provider portal will be undergoing essential maintenance and upgrades.
This work is to support changes to TEQSA’s fees and charges that take effect from 1 January 2023.
We have scheduled this work in January as a number of applications are close to being finalised in December and January is a traditionally quieter month for portal use.
We apologise for any inconvenience this interruption to portal access may have and will be progressively restoring access to forms during January as work is completed.
Interruptions to portal access
From 12:01am AEDT 1 January 2023, portal access to most CRICOS and TEQSA application forms will be temporarily unavailable.
The below table will be updated progressively during January and February as updates are completed and access restored to individual forms.

New applications
Please do not start any new applications that you intend to submit after 31 December 2022 using an existing form that has been scheduled for updates in January 2023.
Providers should speak with the CRICOS team or your TEQSA case manager to discuss your institution’s needs.
In-progress applications
We are aware that many providers are aiming to submit applications before 31 December 2022 to make use of the current fee waivers. We encourage you to finalise and submit your applications before 5pm AEDT 31 December 2022.
TEQSA will be directly contacting providers who have applications in progress that the provider intends to submit after 31 December 2022 to discuss their needs.
