TEQSA Talks: Successful injunction of a commercial academic cheating website

TEQSA has successfully obtained a Federal Court order requiring 51 carriage service providers to block access to the website Assignmenthelp4you.com.

The injunction, granted in October 2021, was TEQSA’s latest win in the battle against commercial academic cheating operators in Australia.

Higher Education Integrity Unit Director Dr Helen Gniel explains more about the injunction process and how it fits into TEQSA’s ongoing work.

The FWO describes those obligations in detail, highlighting issues of concern and expectations regarding ongoing compliance, monitoring and practices for rectifying underpayments to staff.
